Shipping Policy
Shipping, delivery time & shipping costs
Shipping normally takes place twice a week, usually on Monday and Thursday, which means (for the Netherlands, and without delay) delivery on Tuesday and Friday. If you would like to receive products on a different day, or are in a hurry to receive them, it is best to contact us by telephone (050-2340111) and we will see together to what extent I can meet your wishes. If for some reason I do not meet this delivery time, I will inform you.
Delivery is via Post.nl, after the order has been delivered to the Post.nl point you will automatically receive an email with a track & trace code to track your order.
The prices mentioned on the website do not include shipping costs, unless the total price of the order is greater than €50 for the Netherlands and €75 for Belgium.
The shipping costs are:
– €4.95 for the Netherlands and
– €8.16 for Belgium.
Shipping costs for other countries can be found by clicking on the relevant country in the checkout menu. If you want to ship to a country that is not included in this menu, please contact me about shipping costs. This can be done via info@yoniyoga.nl.
Wrong addressing
Did you accidentally provide the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you. If the order is already on its way and does not arrive, or is returned because you entered your address details incorrectly, I will charge you the additional shipping costs, unless you want to cancel the shipment.
