Cancellation, Returns, Returns Policy

If you wish to return a shipment, whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. The product must therefore be returned to me within 14 days of ordering.

If you would like to cancel before the shipment has been shipped, please contact me as soon as possible. This can be done via email or telephone (info@yoniyoga.nl/ 050-2340111).

If you have already received the products, you can only return them if the seals of sealed products have not been broken.

As soon as I have received the products back in good order, I will ensure that the full purchase amount (including any initial shipping costs) is credited to you. Crediting is (usually) done via Mollie and will take a number of working days, but no later than 14 days.

If the product or seal is damaged, or if there is suspicion of use of the product, I will contact you to discuss the situation. This may mean a restriction on crediting. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
Returns are done at your own responsibility. So if you choose shipping without a Track & Trace code and I do not receive the package, there is no possibility of credit.

Exchange product
Do you want to exchange your product? Then it is best to (partially) return your current product as above. You will then receive your purchase price back, after which you can place a new order.
