About Yoni Yoga – Yoga does not really mean doing sports but exercising and stretching your muscles Yoga means unity, oneness in body, mind and feeling. Yoga provides the tools to promote the vitality of your body (in this case, your pelvic floor), while inviting you to be aware of the reactions taking place in your body, mind and feelings simultaneously. With yoni yoga you promote the connection with your female genitals, your strength, your center.

Yoni egg exercises.
Various exercises are described below. Above all, take all the time, be kind to and patient with yourself and your vagina. It is important to take a moment of rest between exercises and do nothing for a while, so that you can feel how you are and anchor in your experience. You can do this by simply taking a few deep breaths (deep into your stomach) while focusing your attention on the experiences in your body. You can also caress or hold yourself in between in a way that feels pleasant or supportive to you.
It is certainly advisable to follow a workshop or course in which exercises are guided in groups. This will sound very exciting to many women, but in practice these workshops feel super safe, familiar and supportive.

Yin exercises – to start – Passive exercises
Massage
A body massage is always a powerful way for a woman to open up her body and female sexuality. When you massage yourself, work from the outside in, the order below is one that I like. Please see what is right for you.
- Lower legs & Feet:To really get into your body (especially if you're in your head), it can be nice to start your massage with your lower legs and feet. Just gently stroking from your knees to your feet can have a strong anchoring and soothing effect, bringing you back to the here and now.
- Arms & Shoulders
- Face, Skull, Neck & Neck, and especially your cheeks, jaws, mouth and lips: This zone somewhat stimulates your own (female) sexuality. For many women, the face and neck is a very sensual area. Try to touch yourself in a way that is loving, sensual and respectful to yourself. While you massage/caress your jaws, cheeks, lips and throat, bring attention to your pelvic floor, and possibly rest your hands while you do this, and connect internally. Both areas are connected in the nervous system.
- Breasts, Heart, Chest: As your feminine sexuality becomes more open (or if it already is), you will find that caressing your breasts, heart, and chest provides a nourishing feeling . It is then as if your heart overflows, and warm presence overflows towards your sexual organs. If your heart is less open (like mine ;-)), it can be difficult to feel this. Lovingly seek subtlety with yourself, and certainly do not touch yourself routinely in this area. Slow down, and meet yourself where you notice that your touch is opening for you.
- Abdomen, Lower back, Sacrum, Buttocks, Pelvis, Hips
- Thighs, Groin
- Mound of Venus, Labia, Between your legs. It can be very nice to wear smooth clothing for this part, such as leggings, because then you do not have to worry about hygiene. This way you can easily stroke between your legs, for example from your tailbone, via your anus to your vagina, or from the inside of your legs towards your vagina. By wearing clothes you can also approach all parts of this intimate zone more neutrally, and you do not need massage oil.
Massage with the egg
Discover how you can massage your body with the egg. Think of your palms, soles of your feet, face, jaws, chest, abdomen, legs, buttocks, thighs, groin, etc. If you use an egg to massage yourself, it may be nice to use a different egg for this than the egg. that you use internally.
The egg is ideal for massaging your shoulders, back, sacrum and buttocks. And the thickness of a yoga mat is perfect for feeling a Medium size egg.
Kissing with the yoni egg
As you kiss the egg, let the energy of the crystal work on you and connect with the egg. Feel your lips and tongue caressing the structure of the egg, and being touched by the egg. While you do this, try to connect with your vagina and feel what is being evoked there/whether or not it is moving. The vagina and the mouth are connected.
Feeling the crystal
As you place the egg at the entrance of your yoni, you can take the time to feel (meditate) what the presence of the crystal type of this egg does to you and your yoni. Breathe calmly, while curiously focusing your attention on your yoni, pelvis, abdomen and heart.
The kiss
The muscles of your mouth and vagina are connected. Place your egg in front of the entrance to your vagina and kiss the air with your mouth. Let the muscles of your vagina work together and at the same time give the egg a kiss with your vagina.
Going around in circles
To warm up and prepare yourself for inserting the egg, it is very pleasant to place the convex side of the egg against your vaginal opening with light pressure and rotate your pelvis. This allows you to massage the opening of your vagina in different directions. This can trigger feelings such as fear. Once you have inserted the egg, you can also rotate the area of your pelvis. You can do this lying, standing or sitting.
Yang exercises – Active exercises – take the time to relax in between
The different muscles in your pelvic floor
The pelvic floor consists of a kind of hammock full of different muscles. When you start exercising your pelvic floor, it is difficult to contract these muscles separately. This exercise is ideal for learning this. This exercise is without egg. First tighten the muscles around your clitoris, then around your urethra, then your vagina mouth, then your perineum, then your anus, and finally imagine that you are wagging a mini tail on your tailbone, or that you are tightens. Repeat this series several times, each time after completing a round, taking plenty of time to let the effects take effect.
This exercise is very suitable for arousing your sexual energy.
The different muscles in your vagina
Your vagina has all kinds of different muscles, which are difficult to isolate from each other, especially at the beginning of practice. Usually the muscles around your vaginal opening can be tensed, but there are also all kinds of muscles deeper in your vagina, and it is useful to exercise them, especially to maintain good balance in the pelvic floor and to prevent you from becoming overactive. pelvic floor develops. When you start with this, you may not feel it very well yet, and it is good to support the exercises with your imagination. With the egg in your vagina, first tighten the muscles of your vaginal mouth (under the egg) and relax (repeat). Then tighten the muscles high in your vagina (above the egg) and relax (repeat). Then try to squeeze the egg with the muscles in the center of your vagina and relax (repeat). You can tense during your exhalation and relax during your inhalation.

Links & Right
While lying on your back with your legs slightly apart, extend the toes of your right leg away from you, in line with your leg, and lengthen your leg while slightly tensing. At the same time, try to tighten the right side of your vagina. If you can't feel this clearly yet, imagine it first. Then take time to relax and breathe deeply in and out a few times. Then do the other leg, and therefore the other side of your vagina. If this goes well, try tightening the right and left sides of your vagina without tightening your leg.
Front and rear
While lying on your back, spread your legs a little further apart (about 30 cm), now bring the toes of your feet together, while slightly tightening the top/inside of your legs. At the same time, tighten the front of your vagina. Then relax and take a few deep breaths. Then spread the toes of your feet as far apart as possible, while tightening the outside/back of your legs/buttocks. At the same time, tighten the back of your vagina. Then rest and relax again.
If this goes well, try tightening the front and back of your vagina without using your legs & buttocks, and without making the movement with your feet.
Innerflute
During your inhalation, pull the egg up into your vagina and while you exhale, push the egg down. If you want, you can gently pull the string while pulling up to apply more pressure. While inhaling and pulling up the egg, you can purse the lips of your mouth and suck air in through the opening of your mouth. You will feel that this makes it easier to do the same in your vagina.
Furthermore, during this exercise you can imagine that there is an open channel between your perineum and the crown of your head (like a bamboo flute). You imagine that as you inhale, you suck energy up through your vagina to where you feel it. As you exhale, let the energy sink downwards. You can support this by following the movement of 'the energy' with your hands above your body.
Note: Do not do this intensively for too long in a row, the muscles can cramp and it can be difficult to relax afterwards, this is an exercise to build up. You can also just pull the egg up in combination with your breath, then rest for a few breaths, and then push the egg down in combination with your breath, and rest again.

The ideal lover – making love to heaven
You lie on your back with the egg in your vagina. You imagine that above you is your ideal lover, he is present, full of attention to you, and he has his sex in your vagina. Try to allow this feeling, and move your body exactly as you want.
The ideal lover – making love with the earth
You lie on your stomach with the egg in your vagina. You imagine that the earth (the ground beneath you) is your ideal lover. You let yourself be carried and touched. The sex of this ideal lover is inside you, and you move exactly the way you like.
